 Therapy Approaches I use

Every client is unique and has their own story to be explored. I use therapeutic approaches to help those who have entrusted me with their mental wellness, to the best of my abilities. As a lifelong learner, I continue educating myself and seeking training. My goal is to assist my clients using evidence-based practices that honor and respect all their intersectional identities. These include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy and Intersectional Feminism. I use a secular and eclectic therapeutic approach of evidence-based practices that best fits the needs of the individual to empower them to create and build healthy change in their lives.
